Spreadsheet help

i need help to create a simple spreadsheet chart that shows a correlation of renewals amount (£) and renewal dates.

i'd like to be shown how to structure the formula for future use

i have enclosed a "before" and "after" as attachments to help explain my situation

I'm using google spreadsheet but i'm sure excel is the same
