Our products include dealing with Negative Equity properties and reclaiming overpaid interest on Spanish mortgages due to an unfair and unlawful clause that was included in a large portion of mortgage contracts.
We are aware of a number of developments in the Murcia region of Spain that was most affected by Negative equity, and we are seeking to find the owners of these properties who are based in the UK and Ireland.
