Software : Postcode Search Tool

Hello

I'm really keen to get a simple postcode radius search tool build and can provide quite a lot of the data needed.

Have looked at something similar - screen below to show you what I'm potentially after.

Ideally I'd like this tied into my current db but I don't mind if it's a separate app for now.
