Small CRM Database Development

I have a client who has a very old CRM package which handles his Purchase Orders, Estimates, Invoicing, Contacts, etc. which currently runs on Lotus '97. My client is upgrading his IT hardware and is looking to have the old CRM package re-developed so it replicates the old facilities. My client is not very IT literate and has asked me to help him to find somebody to produce the CRM package. My client is based in Staffordshire and can show you the existing CRM software which may be easier as he has little knowledge of IT.
