Simple Microsoft Access Database

Description

Experience Level: Intermediate
Basically after a database for work to record absenteeism, vehicle information, safety info and a few other things. Its very simple for some one thats got the skills. Will need like I guess an Infopath submission form that is simple to use. Also will need a few reports to be generated from the info. Questions are welcome as i probably have not explained myself all that well.
