Simple Filemaker database

I have a very small removals company, I get leads from my website and lead generation sites all in set format. I am looking for a very simple database such as filemaker to import email text into file. I am able and willing to cut and paste the emails into an excel document for each lead if you give me a template to keep costs down. Each quote also has a unique number and would like to be able to link the pdf quote sent to a customer with the filemaker notes. i would like a notes section also.
