Shipwrecked

Hi,
I need someone with DATABASE computer skills to put together a solfware programme as part of a computer game, in-depth graphic design is not required at this stage of the development, but it would be helpful.

The game itself is not too complicated, it is based on rescuing passengers and items from a shipwreck which have been scattered over various locations (beaches), the programme requires the bringing together of all of these persons and items from the various locations and to bring them to a single location with the use of boats within a set time scale.

I am not sure how difficult this would be to do, but if you can do this project, please provide me with an hourly rate and we can then work out how long it will take to complete.
