Setup IIS on Windows 2016 Server for old legacy ASP website

I currently have an old ASP website running on Windows Server 2008.

It is running ok and able to read/write data to Access .mdb databases, as well as send out emails when required.

I would like to have that website moved to an existing Amazon EC2 that is running Windows Server 2016.

I require the original functionality to be maintained as well as the addition of having the website secured by SSL (using Let's Encrypt is fine).

Applicants should demonstrate and give examples of knowledge in this area and also give examples of previous work.
