Setup Amazon EC2 cloud account, install .NET web project and Mark Logic Server

I have a .NET application that uses Mark Logic Server 4.1.

I want to run it using Amazon EC2. Mark Logic have integrated their services with Amazon and provide MarkLogic Server for EC2, which is a pre-built package for running MarkLogic products on Amazon EC2

I dont know anything about Amazon, EC2 or MarkLogic Server for EC2.


I need someone to :
advise how to
Create and setup an Amazon EC2 cloud account that can run .NET and Mark Logic server for EC2
install my web project to that EC2 account
Install or activate Mark Logic Server 4.1 (or latest, 4.2) on that server (Amazon offers machine images that have MLS 4.1 installed already)
Demonstrate succesful installation
