Quotation Tool in Access that creates Professional PDF quotes - CSV Data Import

Description of requirements/functionality: We require the capability to create accurate and professional looking PDF quotations quickly using a database system with the information required stored within it. This quotation tool is to be created within Microsoft Access and will have a structured database schema.
 
The source data is stored within a CSV file and will need importing into the schema once it is developed.
 
When the data is in the system, the user will be able to select a specific model and serial number and have all of the data relating to that model appear for the quote. We will also need the ability to enter data into the system if it does not already exist. The quotation tools output will need to be a professional quote in a PDF file format.
 
A full systems specification can be provided. We estimate that the system would take a few days for a developer to create and test.
