Query and report changes to Access database

I have an Access database which was developed last year by a company which is no longer training. We have a couple of minor changes which need to be made.

We need an additional column added to a query and we have a report where the 'pitch' between the rows needs to be reduced in order to increase the number of rows on a page.

that's it for now but there will be many more changes to be made over the next few weeks to the applicant who can prove their skills with MS Access.
