Require an experienced project for the management of solutions into the public sector,

Would be helpful if they had the following experience:-

-  project planning - chasing actions (understanding item in the plan e.g. SSO/MFA and the implications)
- Go live planning - e.g. how to manage and organise a technical upgrade/roll back
