PHP work done on my Cycler

In a nutshell this is a investment type business which is known as a doubler. I am going to use round figures so you understand how it works but there are fees that come out of the investment or I call it Spend automatically which is part of the PHP thats needs creating.

This is 1 long line. and when you get to P1 on the next to be paid list your money doubles and 50% is paid to your Alerptay automatically and 50% is put back in the system which then re appears on the next to be paid list at the bottom of the line.

So someone spends $50 usd, He gets to P1 and he then "cycles" and is paid $50 usd to his Alertpay and $50 usd goes back into the system, Which appears in the "Current Pot" this balance is real time and adds and subtracts as spends and cycles are done.

When the P1 appears back on the next to be paid list after his first cycle he will have his initial $50 usd appear again (less fees) which come out automatically as part of the process. The same happens again. He gets to P1 and cycles and again $50 usd to his Alertpay and $50 usd to the system. Again he goes to the bottom of the list when he re appears.

This time on his 3rd cycle, the amount is paid back into the system, All 100% of it and when he appears appears on the next to be paid list, The amount has doubled. (now $100) and then this goes thru the whole process again. (2 cycles at 50%/50% and 3rd cycle 100% into the system and doubles again).

Now I also want a cap on how many cycles the person goes thru. Each cycle is individual so I want this to happen 18 times, But on the 18th cycle. 100% goes back into the system. Then that spend is completed and just added to the pot but does not need to show up on the Next to be paid list. If this can be done?

I have the API for Alertpay all set up and that worked OK.. Its just this system described above that needs working on. I think the previous programmer has taken what he did out of the PHP file.

Next job which may not be too difficult is admin and referral fees paid to Admin Alertpay and Referral fees paid to affiliates Alertpay accounts.

Its a 2 tier system which means. Personals are paid 1 usd on each spend and re investment and 0.25 cents on level 1 for there personal,s personals.
