PHP Script read .csv file and import data into MYSQL

Hi,

I urgently need a script which can read a .csv file and import the contents into a MYSQL database.

I need the script to be written in PHP, I will then run the script via a URL to the php page via a CRON Job so that it happens on a regular basis.

The CSV file can be seen here so that you can ascertain the amount of work needed for the PHP script. I will also need a script to create the database tables too based on the .CSV file.

I'd like to move quickly on this project so I am hoping to award the project today with a view to finished it asap (maybe this weekend if possible).
