PHP Developer (MYSQL Database)

Im looking for someone who has extensive PHP experience to make amendments and get site up and running. Most of the work has been done so i dont anticipate it taking too much time to complete. I have a typed document of the how the site should work and what im trying to create. You should have experience of linking Paypal into the site. The site is designed as a business and hopefully to make money.
You should be an excellent communicator and you should be keen to let me know on a regular basis what you have done, any problems you encounter and how its going generally.
The job can be done remotely by logging on to the server or via cpanel. Im not prepared to let anyone download the files to work independantly. Should you have further questions please ask. I will be keen to speak to suitable candidates on the phone prior to accepting you.
