Online data base for sponsor children in Africa

Need a database that has login access to partners in USA and AUS for management of children at a school in Africa that has sponsors in the west. (we have a hosting) the site would list contact info of children and tracking details plus photo that can be uploaded in Africa and downloaded by promoters in USA and AUS. There would also need to be a tally of how many kids are sponsored in USA and AUD. Plus expected income. There would also need to be room to add children or remove children. Plus have room for sponsors details.Spread sheet attached
