,Net Core simple sample

Hi

I could do with a small general Visual Studio project just for my own understanding of .Net Core.
From what I understand, it can mostly be controlled from C# classes. I could do with:

1) An index.cshtml home page. With a text box on.

2) Enter a surname in the text box - click a button - it brings back editable names in a list.

3) SQL/Razor in the classes/cshtml. No controllers - just Razorview pages. No models.

4) Connects to MS Access 'Northwind.accdb' database. It can use just the Customers table there.
