Database management system (DBMS): MySQL
Description of requirements/functionality: We have an external MySql database hosted on google cloud and connected, through an ODBC connection, to an MS Access application.
It was very reliable and stable but now it keeps dropping with the "Server has gone away (2006)" error.
Specific technologies required: MySQL, Google Cloud, MS Access
