I provide clients about 20 services. For each service I have some text describing that service and also a price, based upon certain criteria. For the pricing, each of the 20 services has sub-services and clients may want one or all of the sub-services. For example, a client wants service 1, which includes sub-services 1a-1g. Service 1 (1a-1g) costs £100, for example. However, some clients only want 1a, 1b and 1d.
I have text for each service and also for each sub-service. Where a client wants service 1, including sub-service 1a, 1b and 1d, I need the proposed solution to auto pull the budget for service 1 (1a, 1b and 1d) and also the associated text.
Ideally, the auto-generated output will be in word format, if possible with the auto-generated text followed by the auto-generated budget. I am open to suggestions however. What I initially thought is that the cost per services/sub-services and even the text could be maintained in a single excel file and a separate tab in excel used to specify the client requirements so that at the end of going through what the client wants, I can click a "generate proposal" button that autogenerates the proposal and budget.
Due to confidentiality, I need this to be set-up in such a way that the costs and text are listed arbitrarily for me to enter my own details and text once the solution is complete.
