Need a mysql query writing.

I have numerous tables within a database, and in summary I need a query writing that takes a given pupil ID and returns a list of meal choices which takes into account a pupils allergies and menu choice.

I have attached a sample database schema and a brief PDF which I hope explains what I am after.

Please note that I require the mysql query only. There will probably be more queries further down the line that I also need assistance with.
