MySQL Query

Simple project:

Fix my sql query getting #1064 error
Query does the following:

1.) Concat's two columns AS columns_1
2.) Count then concat two columns AS columns_2
3.) FROM table
4.) GROUP BY columns_1
5.) (where the problem lies) add a where clause

When a where clause is introduced i get the #1064 error.
