Mysql/php help!

I have a simple mysql database already created. I need someone to help me connect the php files I have already created and also edit some of the code so that it can be added to the HTML portion of an existing site. There are 5 tables with about 10 records in each as of now. I also need log in/out capabilities. The main site will have a member section where a few members will be able to log in and retrieve SOME of the information from the database. The admin will log in under a different set of privileges and be able to retrieve records, add, delete and edit some table records. That is the basis of the project and I can go into more details when we talk. This is a small job and really I already have a lot of the code done but need help cleaning it up and it actually working.
