MS SQL Server Database Optimisation Expert required!

I am looking for an MS SQL SERVER DATABASE OPTIMIZATION Expert! My various websites all share the same database and the websites are responding very slowly. The websites take about 17 seconds to load, 12 of which is server side and is probably due to the MS SQL Server Database. I have run a trace and the problem seems to be coming from one particular table. Inefficient queries are causing bottlenecks which are causing the websites to respond slowly. The sites are written in ASP.NET and hosted on a dedicated Windows Server 2003 Standard SP2 with R2 (32 bit), the database is Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express. I require someone who is experienced in working in this environment and who has experience and expertise in this area. I also require the work to be completed as soon as possible.
