MS Access Tutoring

Hello, I am working on converting our work database from paradox windows to MS Access and have some problems with how to do certain things. I need someone who can talk in real-time with me and show me how to do what I would like to do or a work-around.

I would like you to be able to talk (ideally on skype) while sharing screens and "teach" me access.
The issues I have are mostly with forms.
