MS access programmer connecting to Sharepoint

I have access DB, which connects to sharepoint. 2 to 3 people use the system at any given point. We would like the access front end developed some more and bugs fixed.

This is adhoc work, but has to be done diligently. The Access application will be devloped further proabbly upto $500 further over the next 3 months.

I am NOT looking for companies, agents or missdle men to contact me. I am looking for sole programmers that work for themselves.

You must have a reliable Internet connection
You must have VERY GOOD Access experience. 2 to 3 years
SharePoint experience is not essential, but experience in using linked tables with external data is
VBA programming within Access

Interview process
We will first have a Internet interview
I will check your experience, and ask you to do a few tasks with me online
I will give you the DB orientate you
Explain the task that you will do offline
You will then tell me how you will do the task the following day
If I am happy with explanation I will ask you to do the task
You will then show me what you have done, code etc and the product working as expected
If it’s successful you will get paid for the task as well.
