MS Access Product & Supplier Database for E-Shop

I require a MS Access Database which is user friendly which can import excel files to update Product Information which includes Supplier, Prices, Weights and pictures.The database must be capable of exporting to a CSV file format from Access Database based on product Category and Sub Category selection for up to 600 product group categories and associated sub-groups which will then be imported into a E-Shop Database. The database must be capable of generating purchase orders and generating reports based on history. Once the database is populated it must be capable of having new product information directly inputted including product pictures (thumb nail and large picture). The software has an upload facility.

My website is being developed and I am just starting out but I need to handle in excess of 10,000 product lines so data mangement is important. I have a limited budget and therefore prefer to have bids.
