Could someone help me by writing a macro that will enable me to transfer information from a database in MS Access to a table in a word document. Attached is the word document, the blank spaces are all fields in an Access table.

    Hi

    I don't know the background to your requirement and I have not seen the data in Access. However, the easiest way to do this is is by using the built-in wizard. Right click on the table in Access and select Export to Word mailmerge. The wizard enables the user to connect the data to an existing Word doc.

    Is this what you had in mind please?

    If something more sophisticated is required then some straightforward VBA code can be written. Word does enable fairly good control over how the data is entered into Word.
