MS Access database build required

We currently store all of our sales information on a Google docs spreadsheet, but we would now like to transfer this to a database that we can use going forward. We need to be able to capture who made the sale, which product it was in, which sales network they are attached to, when they made the sale, how big the sales was, calculate their commission, etc... We also want to be able to extract high quality management information to help drive the business and we need easy to use forms to add new products, sales agents and sales networks. Ideally we would like to find a way to host this on-line as well.
