Move User Id, Resources (word doc, PowerPoints) on to new Website

The current website made on WordPress (educational website). This is the website:

I would like to migrate (transfer) for each user:
---User ID (email address and the subscribers names)
---Password (will this be an issue - if so can generate genetic password for them all?
---Resource files they have uploaded (e.g. word document) and their relevant description they gave for each file (couple of sentences)

This will then need to be transferred onto a new website that has been built on a Laravel platform.

There are 404 resources to upload (e.g. word doc, pdf, powerpoints)
There are 1747 user to move (most of them have not created any resources - so it is just user id)

The will probably be done mannually so not looking for an expert.

I have 2 days to this. The price is fixed.
