Move data into a SQL database from Excel or ICal

I have on average about 100 clients per day that enter name, address etc into a scheduling program. This program allows me to access the database thru Ical, outlook or excel. I need to then get this information into my database with the program I use, which is Impromed infinity. The Impromed people do not offer this. Impromed uses a SQL database, and can synch with other databases, so I think it is very possible.
