I am looking for someone to complete a Microsoft Access Project that does the following:
* Record Stock Inwards and other Adjustments (from a Stock Take)
* Stock Valuation Report (at current cost)
* Stock Level Report
* Ability to add new stock records
* Ability to edit and delete existing stock records
* Ability to have different \"Price Groups\" associated to each stock record
* Ability to add new price groups
* Ability to edit and delete existing price groups
* Ability to apply a VAT rate to each stock report
* Ability to change the VAT rate on a global basis (e.g. change all 15% to 17.5%)
* Ability to add pricing based on Price Groups -> Products
* Create new driver (address details, loan details, contact details, associate a price group etc.)
* Ability to edit and delete existing drivers
* Ability to assign (add), edit and delete stock from a drivers daily outgoings.
* Ability to add / editnotes for drivers daily outgoing / weekly report
* Daily Invoice Sheets per driver bringing together all stock entered to their outgoings - plus van and van insurance, full vat breakdown etc.
* Weekly and Monthly reports based on the above Invoice Sheets (same information) on a total or indidividual scale.
Basically my client is using excel spreadsheets for each of his drivers, and it takes hours, sometimes days to update stock levels, pricing, vat information etc. over all of his drivers. Once you start, I can give you the 'master spreadsheet' so you can get an idea of how it currently works.
I need this project completed ASAP (preferably within 7 days of accepting the bid).
