Maintain and develop my website + SEO

This is sub-categorised as Database Development because I have to give it a sub-cat, but it is not a good description of what I require, please read on for more detail:

I have a holiday villa website, updated in March 2011. Created in wordpress with database for prices and availability. It works for the most part but there are a few glitches and the original creator is too busy to get them sorted out for me in good time.

I want someone who is an EXPERT in creating and maintaining these type of databases and websites to supply ongoing support in a prompt and timely fashion, this would be paid on an hourly basis depending on what needs to be done / is undertaken.

I also have quite a few extras I want to add straight away to the site. Property description pages need to have an availability calendar to view and to utilise the map position feature which is already set up in the CMS area.

I currently have two ways to input availability data to the database, one is manually through the CMS area for certain properties, the other is linked to a partner company database (when inputting a new property, if it is linked to the partner DB I include the third party URN for that property. The third party co upkeeps their availability DB and we merely sync to that every day). Currently that sync-ing is a bit hit-or-miss. This needs to be sorted.

I also want a new area to the site for client testamonials, so will need the framework revised to include this and a master page for me to input CMS data for the testamonials.

I am spending a fortune on Google Adwords and need the site optimised SEO-wise so that we get on the first page un-paid for.

We we be expanding with more sites and these will need to be created from the template of this one.

Could do with email capture database. And online booking form would be a useful addition too.

I am a graphic designer so I supply highly finished layouts and I'm fussy about how things look!

Ongoing work would be paid on a hourly basis, specific tasks such as calendar addition I would prefer to have a fixed quoted price.
