Looking for someone to fill out and send XML FORM

I’m looking for someone to simply edit & send 2 xml forms.
I typically need this done once per month. The task will take no longer than 15 minutes per form.

Im outsourcing this because I cannot seem to edit this form on any of my devices, neither can I find the right app to do it.

Job:
I will send the xml file to you, the form is already filled out. I will send additional data that needs to be edited in the form. You will then need to forward the form to the company- you will receive a reply email which you will then need to send back to me.

I need this done preferably today
