Looking for a dynamic column for me in an excel spreadsheet

I have a buy to let property portfolio excel spreadsheet, i want to add some form of dynamic column that tells me what the early repayment charges are for each mortgage and when they kick in. i have multiple mortgages all starting and ending at different dates, and for different amounts. i want it to somehow automatically update, or even have a drop down, rather than having to create 5 new columns that state "year 1, year 2, year 3" etc. any help?!

it's a small,, spreadsheet and only 15 rows of data and 5 columns
