Local default website needs reinstating on my PC

I'm looking for someone who can help me to reinstate my local default website on my new-ish PC.
The site was designed in ASP, and uses an Access database. It was built by my former IT guy who I have lost touch with, and it was fully operational on my old PC. I have saved all the files, so this will hopefully be a straightforward job for someone who understands these things, and can, via remote connection, get it all working for me to use.
