Jobtrack development

We are a small printing company and our existing job tracking database needs a few enhancements and bug fixes. We need to be able to edit some of the MS Word generated documentation ourselves and need to include the abiliy to output estimates, purchase orders etc to Email.
We would be interested in developing the database structure for sale on a shared basis, with our development partner who could earn the income from any personalisation required by the database purchaser. This database has the potential to be sold to a wide range of small businesses.
