Improving my Content management system using php and mysql

Designing, implementing and testing a website content management system for an estate agency.

The cms is done using php and mysql.
I have started the cms but need to add certain facilities.
I have also started the website which is an example agency site to show what the cms can do.
What I need is for someone to add some features to the cms, like the ability to change the websites colour and move thigs around, basically change the appearance of the website using the cms. This will enable more agencies to use the cms but for each site to look different.
I also need a few example photos of houses for the website.
I need an original logo for the website, nothing amazing though.

If possible I want to add a virtual tour facility to the cms, but that is not overly important.
