Implement Linked list Database server in Java

I need implementation for Database server for a mobile health application The server should act like blockchain creating each block with cryptography hash function(Hash Map in Java or anything else). We should have a web page to control the type of data
we will have 3 types : 1- Immutable data that when we save it it can't change
2- Editable data that should be implemented to be changes when the user request
3- Data that will be deleted. this type of data should be deleted from the blockchain when the user requested.

The idea is to implement using cryptographic function and control the type of data to give the privacy of these data to the patient. We should use this server for a mobile health application with mobile app and Doctor website that is already implemented. The control of these data when we want to save it is based on the three types above. please let me know if you can help
