Description
Experience Level: Expert
General information for the website: 9500 products, different Amazon categories, need inventory quantity, photos, descriptions, prices brought over
Database management system (DBMS): Other
Description of requirements/features: I have 9,227 products to bring over from my Amazon webstore to Shopify. Really looking for someone who has done this before. I have attempted to use the Amazon Webstore to Shopify importer with limited success. About 4,500 products came over, so about half. Of those products that came over, most had one or many of the following errors: No Quantity, No Price, No Description. Missing Parent/Child Variation Relationships. Somehow the photos came over correctly, but I haven't been able to pull a csv file from the Amazon webstore that includes photos, so that's why I think this should be done by someone who already knows how to do this - has experience.
I am not great at pulling these csv files, so I really need you to do that. I realize I'll need to give you access to both my new Shopify account and my Amazon webstore account.
I do not want to pay hourly. I want a set price. Freelancers - please have a satisfied customer ranking of at least 95%. :-)
I believe you need to create a number of different csv files based on the Amazon category before importing the data into Shopify. I think this means that to do this properly, you would need to create separate csv files for each category on Amazon (I think there's about 20 or less), so that 9,000 + products broken down into smaller Excel/csv files to play with.
Ideally I would like to have the ability to determine each products new Category on Shopify before the import is complete - ie. access to the database after it's cleaned up by you. Then I could designate this product is a Snorkel and this product is a men's running shoe, and this product is a waterbottle.
I'd like this done in 7 days, if possible.
