I have a form/query which returns all records in tblConnection.
I am using Person1ID & Person2ID as lookup fields (foreign keys). When I click on the dropdown, it shows all of the information about the person, however, I would like this information to show when the dropdown is not active, for example, view First Name and Surname, so that I can see exactly who that person is at a glance.
I still want to be able to use the dropdown to change the person, for example.
