Database management system (DBMS): MySQL
Description of requirements/functionality: To create a cloud based app, predominately to be accessed through a desktop browser, that is able to search a dataset (5 million rows in a CSV file ~1.5GB) and return results. To access the app, a user has to login, and records of their searches are kept. This is a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) which I would like to get a quick prototype produced ie visual design not a huge requirement so long as results are 'readable'.
I am somewhat flexible on underlying technologies so long as standard. If interested, message me and I can provide a more detailed spec.
