I am looking for a date base in excel or LibreOffice

I am looking to create an excel, Libre Office work sheet.
I own a logistics company, and i need to input my drivers delivers each day, i would then like to create an invoice by filtering each drivers name and a second sheet.
So... I would have a master sheet i input the info, then an invoice sheet that would pull the info from each driver on the second sheet( the invoice)
