HR database on Internal website using sharepoint

I need a sharepoint website to file employee contracts and all relevant records also employees will need to view company calender and book/request holidays over internet. Site should contain secure area for administrator to handle sensitive information and also have an employee area for access to general company documents, employee handbook, Health and Saftey documents etc. Each employee should also have there own file which they would have there own log on. Any changes requests etc should be e mails to administrator etc.
