Help needed with complex mysql queries on a property website

I've created a website for a commercial & residential property agent but I'm having trouble when it comes to creating the complex select queries that are required to filter out the properties that the user is interested in.

I have designed the database in mysql but would be happy to make any changes to this that are necessary to make the search queries easier to perform.

What I am looking for is an expert in php/mysql (or other code if necessary) who can complete the search function of the website for me. Or alternatively, someone who would be happy to guide me through the process myself. I have a strong background in database work myself but this project seems to have got beyond me!
