Help and Tuition with Building an MS Access 2019 Database

I require help and tuition with building an MS Access database, with approriate forms, queries and tables. I am not looking for you to build this for me, rather than provide help, guidance and assistance so that I can continue to complete the project. The project is around building budgets for schools based on staff contracts and current UK national insurance rates and supporting data for pension administration. I would also like assistance based on hourly slots rather than completing the work in one go. Happy to commit to 4 hours at first and then review progress after that.
