OVERVIEW:
We want to import emails into our bespoke CRM and associate those emails with the Contact in our CRM and the User it was sent to. If there is no relevant contact it should solely associate with the User until a relevant Contact is created.
Users should be able to see a prompt when new emails have arrived, then a list of emails.
It should be simple to administer using a web interface.
OPERATING ENVIRONMENT
+ MSSQL Enterprise
+ Windows WebServer 2008 R2
+ ASP.NET C#
+ Email currently hosted using GMail for Business which has POP and IMAP capabilities.
