Finish a management system (database) URGENTLY

I will need some one to finish a management system urgently that already start build for me but the programmer was unable to finish. You will need to have good experience with
Microsoft Windows .NET Framework 4.0
MS-SQL 2008 R2 Express Edition or greater.

I will needs this urgently done and will send more informations and details of the job. Please reply only if you have the time to work on this in order to be finish as soon as possible.
