Filter Companies House Data by SIC and post code

I require an Excel database with all the businesses with the UK SIC codes of either 45200 or 45400 in all post codes starting with L (Liverpool), CH (Cheshire), CW (Crewe), WA (Warrington), WN (Wigan), PR (Preston), BL (Bolton), M (Manchester), SK (Stockport).

Please note that in the companies house data download either of those SIC codes could be in any of the fields labled "Siccode.Sictext_" 1 to 4. The post code field is under "Regaddress.Postcode".

The Excel database should be structured in the same format and include all the data as presented in the companies house Excel template.
