Existing website basic search facility integration

We have an existing website

I am looking for a basic search facility be integrated that will allow potential readers to find stockists of each magazine and will do the following:

Visitors will choose the magazine they want to find stockists for by drop down
Visitor enters their town or region or first part of post code (only one)
They are given a list of magazine stokcists matching their criteria (this will open in a seperate window and on a blank background as an alphabetical text list for easy printing)

The data will come from 4 seperate excel sheets (one for each magazine) which I need to be able to add and remove data every couple of months as the data changes.

When the visitor chooses the relevant magazine from the drop down, that will determine the table / data that the search is performed on.

We use MQ SQL and would prefer to keep this all integrated in our server through that means

Very quick turnaround needed. We have sample data ready to build the search on.
