I am looking for an experienced Excel specialist with VBA / macro capability to design a labour tracking workbook that compares budgeted labour hours against actual hours spent.

This is a design-only labour tracker (no cost tracking).
The workbook must be macro-friendly, cleanly structured, and suitable for long-term use.

3. Project Selection & Summary Output

User selects a project from a dropdown

Workbook automatically displays:

Variance

Summary updates dynamically when:
